When being a part of the Factory Franchises you will count with the direct support of the Franchises Department made up by a group of experts who will help you and provide you the assistance you require for the projects execution during the franchise’s start up and its operation. At Perfumes Factory, training never stops; that is why you will receive constant training, procedures manual, formats and guides that will allow you having the business’ control in a simple way that guarantees the operations’ success. You will annually take part in update seminars in the area of perfumery, exclusive for our franchisees, and sales clinics will likewise take place that you may attend jointly with your store’s sellers in order for them to strengthen their abilities and thus improve their performance, fixing and reaching a larger number of sales transactions.
You will have continuous advertisement support developed for our professionals in the Marketing area, who are in charge of positioning the brand through promotions, campaigns, advertising material and marketing strategies that strengthen the communicational objective, achieving high scope levels and boosting the business’ growth. Your success is our success; therefore, you will always receive constant support from all the areas you require in order to operate your store.
In the form you will find in the end of this section, you must enter all your data in a detailed and precise fashion in order for us to be able to contact you with no inconvenience.
Upon receiving your information, we will contact you to coordinate the first interview in which we will get to know you and you may explain to us your investment project in Perfumes Factory. After this interview we will request the documentation you must forward to us in order to continue the process.
This step involves the franchises contract’s signature and the agreed project’s implementation.
The Architecture’s Department shall design and deliver the plans for the premise’s adaptation.
In this stage starts the premise’s restyling; you may perform the project’s execution with the contractor of your choice.
While performing the premise’s adaptation, training is simultaneously coordinated in our schools and at the parent company’s head office. The training shall consist in getting to know the correct proceedings for the store’s management, sales techniques and invoicing and inventories system’s management.
Once the premise’s adaptation is completed, Perfumes Factory will send a brand’s certified architect in order to verify that the project’s execution has been accomplished according to the plans developed by the Architecture Office. In this manner we guarantee our stores’ standardization.
After the inspection, the invoicing and inventories system that manages all Perfumes Factory’s franchises will be installed on the store’s computer, which is suitable to our business’ concept making the invoicing and inventories control a simple and easy to perform process.
This is the last step to perform before the store’s opening. The parent company will make the first inventory delivery that includes the equipment and opening material, as well as the supplies necessary for the store’s management.
Upon complying the preceding steps and with the support of qualified staff from the Franchises department, you will receive and organize the supplies preparing the store for the expected inauguration of your Factory Franchise.

-A time period of 60 days is estimated to elapse as from the moment of the commercial premise’s approval up to the store’s opening.
-No. If you don’t own a commercial premise, at Perfumes Factory we offer you advice as to premises available in zones of interest and regarding the marketing study from the commercial point of view, thus assuring the success of your franchise..
-After obtaining the design plans from the Architecture’s Department, you may work with the contractor you prefer in the carrying out of the civil work assuming the costs they generate. Should the case be that you don’t have a contractor our parent company may furnish you a list of certified and specialized contractors for the project’s execution.
-It is not required. In the training plan of Perfumes Factory you will obtain the knowledge you require for managing the franchise.
-Our plan includes training the franchisee directly in our stores and at the parent company’s head office. The training’s total time is of 15 working days, during which you will get to know the franchise’s management in its entirety.
-Yes, a representative from the Franchises Department will assist you in the store’s assembly and will accompany you on the day of its opening. Likewise, the Marketing Department will develop the supporting advertising material for the opening.
-A Factory Franchise contract lasts 5 years extendable for 5 more years.
-The project’s initial investment return is estimated to take place within a time period from 18 to 24 months after the store starts operation.
